This website www.psychedelicreikimassage.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Nina Kim (“Company” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (below) and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.
Intellectual Property Rights
A) Our Limited License to You. This Site and all materials available on the Site are the property of us and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal noncommercial use. The site and its content are protected by German copyright and trademark laws. C) Limitations on Linking and Framing. You may establish a hypertext link to the Site so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by us or by the Site. However, you may not, without our prior written permission, frame or inline link any of the content of the Site, or incorporate into another website or other service any of our material, content or intellectual property.
Sharing the site & its content
You must request and receive written permission by email nina[at]psychedelicreikimassage.com before sharing our site and its content for commercial purposes. You may share the site for personal purposes, but we ask that you link directly to the site. You are required to give us and the site credit by linking to the site and its content if you share it on social media or your own website, including all photographs. Since the site and its content are not yours, you may not in any way imply or represent that the site or its content are yours or that you in any way created, caused, or contributed to the site or its content. You may not make any claims that you are in any way associated with Psychedelic Reiki Massage.
access terms
During the course of your use, booking, registering for, and/or download from the site, courses, sessions, and/or services, you agree and understand that you cannot distribute, copy, forward, and/or share information prohibited by these terms & conditions. You also agree and understand that you are to take all necessary steps to make sure that you do not inadvertently share or distribute said materials, including, but not limited to, protecting your password (if any) to the site to access your download and any course materials. Any violations of these terms & conditions will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
booking /registration policy
For individual sessions, all appointment bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via submitting the contact form. Once you receive a reply from Nina, you have five days to confirm your appointment, otherwise, it is forfeited. For Visionary Reiki Courses & Shares, please use the Visionary School of Reiki registration form. All Visionary School of Reiki registrations will be confirmed as soon as possible and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reiki Course Deposits
Reiki Course deposits are non-refundable, unless absence is due to extreme circumstances (e.g.: hospitalization, death of a friend/family member, natural disaster, etc.). If you cannot attend a Course, you may transfer your deposit to someone else or for a later Course. Reiki Course deposits are due at least three weeks before the Course takes place.
CANCELLATION /Reschedule / NO SHOW / Late POLICY
Any individual session must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, while any request for me offering a workshop or massaging at an event must be canceled at least three weeks in advance. Session no-shows without prior notice and cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount. If you are late to your appointment, your appointment time will not be extended. Your session is forfeited after I wait 20 minutes. Once you cancel a session, it is canceled. Participation in a Course must be canceled at least two weeks in advance.
form submission & Booking tool
By submitting your information via any form on the site, you will be subscribed to our newsletter. Only necessary updates via newsletter will go out once every 2-6 months and contain important announcements and offerings. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.
